We are looking for highly driven and outgoing college students to join the Central Care Incorporated as a Business Intern. CentralCare, Inc. is an SBA certified, woman-owned small business headquartered in Fairfax, VA, a suburb of Washington, DC. CentralCare offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral health, and ancillary staffing services to federal, state, local and civilian healthcare institutions worldwide. Part-Time (Mon-Fri, 5-10 hours per week) Duration: 2 months

We’re Looking For: • Is in any degree path; as long as you want to come work hard and gain some great experience • Someone who wants to help contribute in developing one of the fastest-growing organizations in the Country  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, organized, and a high attention to detail • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Unafraid to get on the phone and talk to complete strangers • Can take direction well and work independently for periods of time • No unearned ego • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable • Eagerness to learn and willingness to jump into anything

What You’ll Do: Review the company, it is mission and vision statement, social and online profile. Learn the foundation of business through video tutorials, and business documents. Identify competitors of the company within the local markets to define strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Research companies and market segments to identify potential opportunities

Work with the Manager/Administers of each department to learn how the business is conducted daily. Research how interdepartmental relationships contributes to the overall success of the company

Develop and create an organization work chart that visibly articulates the workflow of the corporate team

Goals of the Internship: Gain an overview and understanding of how the corporate business structure works. Receive detailed knowledge and insight into various corporate departments. Learn how the corporate department contributes to the overall success of its employees and the company’s bottom line.
